Key Promotions (U.K.) Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of forced labour, servitude, or human trafficking, and are dedicated to ethical business practices.
Purpose
This policy sets out our commitment to ensuring that modern slavery does not take place in any part of our business or supply chain. It provides guidance for employees, suppliers, and stakeholders on identifying and preventing modern slavery.
Responsibilities
Key Promotions (U.K.) Ltd has overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations, and that all those under our control comply with it:
- Management: Responsible for implementing and enforcing effective systems to prevent modern slavery.
- Employees: Expected to report concerns and comply with company policies on ethical labour practices.
- Suppliers and Contractors: Must adhere to ethical labour standards and provide evidence of compliance upon request.
This policy applies to all employees, agency workers (if applicable), contractors, suppliers and business partners working with or on behalf of Key Promotions (U.K.) Ltd.
Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
We conduct risk assessments and due diligence on our suppliers and partners to identify and mitigate risks related to modern slavery. This includes:
- Reviewing labour practices and working conditions
- Conducting audits where necessary
- Ensuring contractual commitments to ethical employment practices.
Reporting Concerns
Employees, suppliers, or other stakeholders who suspect any instance of modern slavery must report it immediately to management or via the company’s confidential whistleblowing procedure
Training and Awareness
We provide training and promote awareness for employees and management to recognise and prevent modern slavery in our operations. Suppliers and contractors are encouraged to adopt similar training programmes.
Compliance
Non-compliance with this policy could result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, or legal consequences. We will not tolerate any breaches of this policy.
